PointBlank Consulting is owned and operated by Billy Reed, and he has a classroom facility and range near Rison, AR. (About 13 miles from Monticello). Billy is former military and law enforcement and is an expert on firearms safety and tactical shooting, as well as gunsmithing. He is a “one-stop shop” for your CHCL training needs, including advanced training and equipment.

Seark Concealed Handgun Carry License Classes
Classes are taught by J.W. and Kelley Cruce, both of which have wealth of law enforcement training and experience. Most of the classes are offered at the Crossett Police Department, and they will help you with all of your paperwork, including fingerprinting.
